This study uses a quantitative method with data collection through questionnaires distributed to permanent employees with a sample of 34 respondents. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 22 software with regression and path analysis techniques. The results show that workload has a negative effect on employee performance, while organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance. Work stress has a negative effect on performance and is proven to mediate the influence of workload and organizational culture on employee performance. %Z Syayyidah Maftuhatul Jannah, SE., M.Sc
