"This study aims to analyze the influence of workload and organizational culture on employee performance with work stress as a mediating variable on employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KC Yogyakarta Sudirman. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection through questionnaires distributed to permanent employees with a sample of 34 respondents. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 22 software with regression and path analysis techniques. The results show that workload has a negative effect on employee performance, while organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance.
