This research is motivated by the importance of integrated and professional Human Resource Management (HR) in the pesantren environment in order to be able to adapt to the needs of the times without leaving the Islamic scientific tradition. Islamic boarding schools are required to manage their two main scientific programs effectively, namely Tahfidz al-Qur'an and the study of the Yellow Book, where the complexity of both requires a structured human resource development management system. This research aims to examine and analyze how the management system of student human resource development management in organizing the salaf learning program, by combining traditional values with the demands of global professionalism. The method used by this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, observations, and documentation. In the development of human resources, this spurs on 3 theoretical foundations by Ghouzali including: the development of knowledge, abilities and skills. The results of this study show that the knowledge development process is focused on basic conceptual mastery, such as tajweed and memorization methods for tahfidz students, as well as the application of the Madrasah Diniyah curriculum for mastery of Arabic (Nahwu-Shorof) and the book of salaf. Furthermore, the development of technical skills and mental discipline is formed through a thorough evaluation, which includes continuous juz and muraja'ah ascension exams in the tahfidz program, as well as sorogan and bandongan routines in the yellow book program.
