Penelitian menggunakan mixed methods design dengan model sequential explanatory, melibatkan 142 responden dalam tahap kuantitatif dan tujuh subjek pada tahap kualitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi skala FLA, skala resiliensi akademik, serta skala kepribadian IPIP.&#13;
Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian merupakan prediktor paling kuat terhadap resiliensi akademik (β = –0.478, p &lt; .001), sedangkan keterampilan resiliensi memberikan kontribusi signifikan tambahan (β = 0.156, p = 0.049). Sebagian besar mahasiswa berada pada kategori resiliensi sedang hingga tinggi. Hasil kualitatif menunjukkan perbedaan pola resiliensi antara dua tipe kepribadian. Mahasiswa ekstrovert menampilkan resiliensi berbasis dukungan sosial, optimisme, dan problem-focused coping, sedangkan mahasiswa introvert lebih mengandalkan refleksi kognitif, ketekunan individual, dan strategi belajar mandiri.
