description: This research is motivated by the underutilization of local wisdom as a biology learning resource and the limited learning resources available in schools, particularly on biodiversity topics. This research employs an ethnobotanical approach that examines the relationship between humans and plants within a cultural context. The objectives of this study are to identify plant species and their uses, as well as to develop, analyze the feasibility, and assess the practicality of the developed product as a biology learning resource. This study is a Research and Development (R&D) type using the ADDIE model, limited to the development stage. Data collection instruments use questionnaires with a Likert scale of 1–5. The questionnaire results are analyzed using Aiken’s V formula, Pearson Product Moment, and Cronbach’s Alpha. The feasibility of the product is tested through assessments by 2 material experts and 2 media experts. The practicality of the product is evaluated through assessments by 2 biology teachers and 15 tenth-grade students of SMA Islam Andalusia Kebasen. The results identified a total of 18 plant species belonging to 15 families. The feasibility test results from material and media experts are 0.90 and 0.88, respectively, while the reliability values are 0.92 and 0.99, categorized as highly valid and highly reliable. The practicality test results by biology teachers and students show validity values of 0.93 and 0.673, and reliability values of 0.82 and 0.898, respectively, categorized as practical and reliable. Based on these results, the ethnobotanical booklet of the Penjamasan Jimat ceremony in Kalisalak Village is considered feasible and practical to be used as a biology learning resource for senior high school (SMA/MA).
