N2  - The Women's Taklim Council (MTP) is a institution that plays a strategic role in increasing religious understanding, strengthening religious character, and empowering women in the spiritual, social, and economic fields. The Sleman Regency MTP, as part of the Women's Taklim Council structure of the Indonesian Hajj Brotherhood Association (IPHI), is known for its active participation in various religious and community development activities. This success is inseparable from the role of the management, who carry out the organization's functions in a focused and sustainable manner. Although the majority of its management is dominated by elderly people, the Sleman Regency MTP has been able to make its organization a top-notch organization in carrying out its duties and work programs. Therefore, it is important to understand how its management develops.
This research is a qualitative descriptive field study. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis method used was data collection using the Miles and Huberman Flow Model theory, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification or conclusion drawing. Data validity was verified using data source triangulation and data collection techniques. The results of the study indicate that the management of the Regional (MTP) in Sleman Regency utilizes development management through training methods. This is demonstrated by the implementation of off-the-job training (training outside of working hours) and on-the-job training (training during working hours). The success of the Sleman Regency MTP management in being named the best MTP among other regional MTPs by the Regional MTP is not merely an opinion; it is evidenced by existing data and supported by the management's development management.
