      "abstract": "This study aims to analyze the effects of Work Life Balance, job stress and\r\norganizational support on employee performance. The study population consists of\r\nall employees at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Tuban. The study employed a\r\nquantitative method using total sampling on 40 respondents. Data analysis wa\r\nconducted using the Statistical Package for the Sosial Sciences (SPSS) version 26,\r\ninvolving validity and reliability tests, classical assumption test, multiple linier\r\nregression analysis, and hupothesis testing. The result of the study indicate that\r\nWork Life Balance has as significant positive effect, work stress has a significant\r\nnegative effect, and organizational support has a significant positive effect on\r\nemployee performance. Simultaneously, all three variables have a significant effect\r\non employee perfprmance.",
