organizational support on employee performance. The study population consists of&#13;
all employees at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Tuban. The study employed a&#13;
quantitative method using total sampling on 40 respondents. Data analysis wa&#13;
conducted using the Statistical Package for the Sosial Sciences (SPSS) version 26,&#13;
involving validity and reliability tests, classical assumption test, multiple linier&#13;
regression analysis, and hupothesis testing. The result of the study indicate that&#13;
Work Life Balance has as significant positive effect, work stress has a significant&#13;
negative effect, and organizational support has a significant positive effect on&#13;
employee performance. Simultaneously, all three variables have a significant effect&#13;
