Sos.I., MM. abstract: This study aims to analyze the management control system for improving volunteer performance at the Sahabat Beramal Bersama Foundation. The study employed qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and documentation with the foundation's administrators and volunteers. Data analysis involved data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the foundation's management control system has performed quite well, encompassing results control, action control, personnel control, and cultural control. Results control is implemented through activity evaluation and volunteer performance measurement using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as attendance, punctuality, activity participation, teamwork, communication, and responsibility in carrying out tasks. Action control is implemented through clear task allocation, pre-activity briefings, and supervision during the program. Personnel control is implemented through recruitment, training, and motivating volunteers to foster strong commitment to the organization. Meanwhile, cultural control is realized through instilling values of social concern, kinship, discipline, and cooperation among volunteers. The implementation of this management control system has been proven to improve work discipline, coordination, communication effectiveness, and the quality of social program implementation.
