PT. Fuad Zarkasi Barokah Haramain is one of the PPIUs that Offers relatively cheap Umrah pilgrimage travel packages compared to other Umrah Pilgrimage travel agencies in West Nusa Tenggara. So it is interesting to study from the aspect of cost determination management. This research was conducted with a qualitative method using a descriptive approach. Data were obtaines thorugh interviews, observations and documentation involving leaders, staff and the marketing departement.Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman mode which includes data reduction, data presentation and conclusing drawing. Data validity is used through triangulation of data source and data collection. The results of the study indicate that the management of implementation of the Umrh pilgrimage travel at PT. Fuad Zarkasi Barokah Haramain applies management functions such as planning, organizing, impelementing and. At the planning stage, the determination of the t of Umrah pilgrimage travel is based on the main components such as plane tickets, visas and hotels. The needs of the congregation and market conditions are also considered. Furthermore, at the organizing stage there is a division of tasks between the Mecca team, the Jakarta team and advisors. In decision making, it remains controlled by the leadership. The mobilization stage is carried out thorough decision-making directions by the leadership.
