The researcher used a quantitative approach with the PLS-SEM method through SmartPLS 3 software in processing the data. Primary data came from the results of distributing questionnaires to all BMT BIF employees in Yogyakarta City. The results of the analysis proved that Person Job Fit has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. The suitability of individual abilities with job demands can improve staff satisfaction and work performance in the work environment. Data analysis also showed a positive and significant effect of Person Organization Fit on job satisfaction and employee performance. The job satisfaction variable does not have a significant effect on employee performance in this research model. The job satisfaction factor is also unable to mediate the influence of Person Job Fit or Person Organization Fit on employee performance. This indicates that the suitability of individuals with jobs and organizations affects employee performance directly rather than through the intermediary of job satisfaction.
