description: This study aims to analyze the influence of internal and external factors on firm value in Consumer Non-Cyclicals companies listed on the Indonesia Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) during the 2020–2024 period. The internal factors examined include profitability, liquidity, leverage, sales growth, and firm growth, while the external factors consist of inflation and exchange rates. This research employs a quantitative approach with a sample of 50 companies selected using the purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using panel data regression with the Random Effect Model (REM) as the best estimation model through EViews 10 software. The results indicate that profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value, leverage has a positive and significant effect on firm value, and exchange rates have a negative and significant effect on firm value. Meanwhile, liquidity, sales growth, firm growth, and inflation do not have a significant effect on firm value. These findings suggest that a company's ability to generate profits, manage its capital structure, and maintain stability against exchange rate fluctuations are important factors influencing firm value in Consumer Non-Cyclicals companies listed on the ISSI during the 2020–2024 period.
