      "abstract": "This study aims to examine the effect of corporate social responsibility, managerial\r\nownership, institutional ownership, and financial performance on firm value, while\r\nconsidering firm size and DAR as control variables. The study employs a\r\nquantitative approach using panel data regression analysis. The sample is selected\r\nthrough purposive sampling from companies listed on the Indonesia Sock Exchange\r\nacross the energy, industrial, basic materials, transportation, and consumer noncyclical\r\nsectors during the 2020-2024 period. Based on the established criteria, 30\r\nfirms are obtained, resulting in a total of 150 observations. The empirical indicate\r\nthat corporate social responsibility and financial performance have a positive and\r\nsignificant impact on firm value. In contrast, managerial ownership and\r\ninstitutional ownership do not exhibit a significant effect. Furthermore, firm size is\r\nfound to have a negative influence, whereas DAR, has a positive effect on firm\r\nvalue. These result suggest that investors tend to place greater emphasis on firm\r\nperformance and operational activities rather than ownership structure in\r\nassessing firm value.",
