%X Sexual violence is a traumatic experience that can lead to long-term psychological  impacts. This study aims to explore the dynamics of posttraumatic growth in a  female survivor of sexual violence. This research employed a qualitative method  with a case study approach. The subject of this study was a female survivor of sexual  violence. Data were collected through interviews and documentation study.  Interviews were conducted with the subject and her significant other, while the  documentation study was carried out through the subject’s social media. The results  show that the subject’s posttraumatic growth did not emerge immediately, but  developed through a dynamic and prolonged process. The subject’s posttraumatic  growth was characterized by the emergence of new possibilities, increased personal  strength, improved relationships with others, increased spirituality, and a deeper  appreciation of life. Factors that supported the subject’s posttraumatic growth  included environment, parenting, suggestibility, self-disclosure, extraversion,  religiosity, grit, and hope.
