geopolitical rupture that reshapes global power&#13;
structures. This study examines how the conflict&#13;
affects power distribution, alliance patterns, and&#13;
geoeconomic dynamics. Using a qualitative&#13;
geopolitical approach, it integrates neorealism,&#13;
power transition theory, geoeconomics, and&#13;
complex interdependence, based on analysis of&#13;
official documents, UN debates, and policy&#13;
reports. The findings show the collapse of&#13;
regional balance, the emergence of three power&#13;
blocs (Western, Eurasian, and fragmented Global&#13;
South), and intensified geoeconomic&#13;
fragmentation through energy disruption and&#13;
de-dollarization trends. The study also highlights&#13;
the decline of the liberal international order and&#13;
the rise of hybrid warfare.
