This study examines how the conflict\r\naffects power distribution, alliance patterns, and\r\ngeoeconomic dynamics. Using a qualitative\r\ngeopolitical approach, it integrates neorealism,\r\npower transition theory, geoeconomics, and\r\ncomplex interdependence, based on analysis of\r\nofficial documents, UN debates, and policy\r\nreports. The findings show the collapse of\r\nregional balance, the emergence of three power\r\nblocs (Western, Eurasian, and fragmented Global\r\nSouth), and intensified geoeconomic\r\nfragmentation through energy disruption and\r\nde-dollarization trends.
