bibo:abstract "Traumatic events such as earthquakes can cause survivors to experience\r\npsychological problems, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD. However,\r\ntraumatic experiences may also become a starting point for positive psychological\r\nchanges, known as post-traumatic growth. This study is important to broaden the\r\nunderstanding of earthquake survivors by not only focusing on the negative impacts\r\nof trauma but also identifying factors that may support post-traumatic growth. The\r\naim of this study was to examine the roles of gratitude and spiritual well-being as\r\nmediators in the effect of intrusive rumination on post-traumatic growth among\r\nsurvivors of the 2006 Gempa bumi Yogyakarta 2006. This study employed a\r\nquantitative explanatory approach with a cross-sectional design. Participants were\r\nselected using purposive sampling and data were collected through questionnaires.\r\nData analysis was conducted using path analysis with a parallel mediation model.\r\nThe results showed that intrusive rumination had a positive effect on post-traumatic\r\ngrowth (Estimate = 0.194; p<0.001). Separate mediation analysis showed\r\nsignificant indirect effects through gratitude (p<0.001) and spiritual well-being (p\r\n= 0.003). Simultaneous mediation analysis also indicated significant indirect\r\neffects for gratitude (p = 0.033) and spiritual well-being (p = 0.001), while the\r\ndirect effect remained significant (p<0.001), indicating partial mediation. This\r\nstudy contributes to disaster trauma psychology by providing evidence that\r\ngratitude and spiritual well-being may support recovery and psychological growth\r\namong disaster survivors."^^xsd:string;
