This study aims to analyze and measure the extent to which the implementation of Total Quality Management has impacted the Quality of Higher Education from the perspective of student in the Islamic Education Management Study Program at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. This research employed a quantitative method or approach with descriptive statistical techniques, classical assumption tests, and inferential statistical analysis. The study population included all active students of the Islamic Education Management study program from the 2022 to 2025 intakes, with a sample of 112 respondents determined using proportionate stratified random sampling. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire using a for-point likert scale that had been tested for validity and reliability and analyzed using SPSS 26. The findings of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between Total Quality Management and the improvement of the Quality of Higher Education. Based on the correlation analysis, a correlation coefficient (R) value of 0,709 was obtained, indicates a strong relationship between the two variables. The results of the partial test (t-test) obtained a calculated t value (10,546) which is greater than the t table (1,987) with a significance level of 0,000 (p < 0,05). The value of the coefficient of determination (R-Square) shows that the Total Quality Management variable is able to explain the variation in the improvement of the Quality of Higher Education by 50,3%, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside this study. The resulting regression formula equation is Y = 17,119 + 0,788X, which means that every additional score one unit in the Total Quality Management variable will increase the Quality of Higher Education by 0,788 points.
