This research includes a type of Research and Development (R&D) research that aims to find out the diversity of fungi (fungi) in the UIN Sunan Kalijaga area and to know the development and feasibility of the booklet of fungal diversity (fungi) in UIN Sunan Kalijaga. The research of fungal diversity using purposive sampling technique with an exploratory survey approach, then the results of the research are developed into a booklet product using a 4D model (Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate) but only limited to the development stage. The made booklet has received validation from 1 material expert, 1 media expert, 1 biology teacher, 5 peer reviewers and has been tested in a limited way on 15 students in class X E of SMA Negeri 2 Banguntapan. Obtained the percentage of the booklet assessment from material experts of 87% with the very worthy category, 98% of media experts with the very worthy category, 86% of biology teachers with the worthy category, 96% of peer reviewers with the very worthy category and 94% of students with the very worthy category.
