bibo:abstract "This study aims to: (1) determine the anatomical structure of the respiratory\r\nsystem of tilapia (Oreochromis mossambicus) and climbing perch (Anabas\r\ntestudineus), (2) develop a comparative anatomy booklet on the respiratory systems\r\nof tilapia (Oreochromis mossambicus) and climbing perch (Anabas testudineus) as\r\na learning resource, and (3) determine the booklet's suitability as a high school\r\nbiology learning resource.\r\nThis study used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the\r\nADDIE development model modified to the Development stage. Anatomical\r\nresearch data was obtained through macroscopic observation and documentation of\r\nthe respiratory organs of tilapia and climbing perch dissected fish. The booklet\r\ndevelopment was conducted through the stages of analysis, design, and\r\ndevelopment. The booklet's feasibility was tested by one material expert, one media\r\nexpert, five peer reviewers, one biology teacher, and 15 11th-grade students of\r\nSMA IT Abu Bakar using an assessment questionnaire.\r\nThe results of the study indicate that the anatomical structure of the\r\nrespiratory systems of tilapia and climbing perch differs as a form of adaptation to\r\ntheir environment. Tilapia fish have 4 pairs of gills with long and dense branchial\r\nfilaments to support aquatic respiration. Meanwhile, climbing perch have 3 pairs of\r\ngills with shorter filaments and are equipped with a labyrinth organ as an additional\r\nrespiratory organ that allows respiration in low oxygen conditions. The results of\r\nthe development produced a comparative anatomy booklet of the respiratory system\r\ncontaining materials, anatomical images, respiratory mechanisms, and a\r\ncomparison of the organ structures of the two fish. The results of the booklet\r\nfeasibility test obtained an average percentage of 91.8% with the category of \"Very\r\nFeasible\", consisting of assessments from material experts of 97%, media experts\r\n80%, peer reviewers 96%, Biology teachers 97%, and student responses 89%."^^xsd:string;
