Si. abstract: This study aims to: (1) determine the anatomical structure of the respiratory system of tilapia (Oreochromis mossambicus) and climbing perch (Anabas testudineus), (2) develop a comparative anatomy booklet on the respiratory systems of tilapia (Oreochromis mossambicus) and climbing perch (Anabas testudineus) as a learning resource, and (3) determine the booklet's suitability as a high school biology learning resource. This study used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model modified to the Development stage. Anatomical research data was obtained through macroscopic observation and documentation of the respiratory organs of tilapia and climbing perch dissected fish. The booklet development was conducted through the stages of analysis, design, and development. The booklet's feasibility was tested by one material expert, one media expert, five peer reviewers, one biology teacher, and 15 11th-grade students of SMA IT Abu Bakar using an assessment questionnaire. The results of the study indicate that the anatomical structure of the respiratory systems of tilapia and climbing perch differs as a form of adaptation to their environment. Tilapia fish have 4 pairs of gills with long and dense branchial filaments to support aquatic respiration. Meanwhile, climbing perch have 3 pairs of gills with shorter filaments and are equipped with a labyrinth organ as an additional respiratory organ that allows respiration in low oxygen conditions. The results of the development produced a comparative anatomy booklet of the respiratory system containing materials, anatomical images, respiratory mechanisms, and a comparison of the organ structures of the two fish. The results of the booklet feasibility test obtained an average percentage of 91.8% with the category of "Very Feasible", consisting of assessments from material experts of 97%, media experts 80%, peer reviewers 96%, Biology teachers 97%, and student responses 89%. date: 2026-05-20 date_type: published pages: 216 institution: UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA department: FAKULTAS ILMU TARBIYAH DAN KEGURUAN thesis_type: skripsi thesis_name: other citation: Muhammad Adrick Adiel Shidqi Albarisy, NIM.: 22104070031 (2026) ANATOMI KOMPARATIF SISTEM PERNAPASAN IKAN MUJAIR (Oreochromis mossambicus) DAN IKAN BETOK (Anabas testudineus) BESERTA PEMBUATAN BOOKLET SEBAGAI SUMBER BELAJAR SISWA KELAS XI SMA/MA.
