However, the teaching materials used in learning often still focus on delivering material through videos and power points, not fully involving students actively and learning is still informative. Therefore, it is necessary to develop teaching materials that are able to facilitate active and challenging learning activities, one of which is through Student Worksheets (LKPD) based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) on the material of Mendel's Law and its deviations. This study aims to develop PBL-based LKPD on the material of Mendel's Law and its Deviations for Grade XII SMA/MA, assess the feasibility of the LKPD product, and analyze student responses to the developed LKPD. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate), but only carried out up to the Develop stage. The research subjects were 1 material expert, 1 media expert, 1 biology teacher, and 15 grade XII students of SMA Muhammadiyah 5 Yogyakarta. This LKPD is designed and compiled using Canva, with materials and activities linked to the surrounding life so that it makes it easier for students to understand better. The results of the study show that the developed LKPD meets the eligibility criteria with a final assessment of "Very Good" with an ideal percentage of 85% from the validators: material experts (78%), media experts (98.7%), and biology teachers (80%). Student responses were also positive with an ideal percentage of 88.5%, especially in the presentation and language aspects. Based on this study, it can be concluded that the PBL-Based LKPD on Mendel's Law and Its Deviations is suitable for use as a biology teaching material and effectively supports independent and group learning.</mods:abstract><mods:classification authority="lcc">371.33 Media Pembelajaran</mods:classification><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8061">2026-05-26</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:originInfo><mods:publisher>UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA;FAKULTAS ILMU TARBIYAH DAN KEGURUAN</mods:publisher></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Thesis</mods:genre></mets:xmlData></mets:mdWrap></mets:dmdSec><mets:amdSec ID="TMD_eprint_76747"><mets:rightsMD ID="rights_eprint_76747_mods"><mets:mdWrap MDTYPE="MODS"><mets:xmlData><mods:useAndReproduction>
