      "abstract": "Biology learning on the hydrological cycle material is one of the topics that becomes challenging for students because the concepts studied are difficult to observe directly. In addition, the limited and less interactive use of learning media causes students to be passive during the learning process. This study aimed to develop HYDROSIM-3D (Three-Dimensional Hydrology Cycle Simulation Model) combined with flashcards on hydrological cycle material for tenth-grade senior high school students and to determine its feasibility and practicality. This research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model focused up to the development stage. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires using a Likert scale. The feasibility test was conducted by two material experts and two media experts, while the practicality test involved two biology teachers and 15 tenth-grade students of MAN 2 Sleman. Data analysis used Aiken’s V formula for expert and teacher validation, Pearson Product Moment for student validation, and Cronbach’s Alpha for reliability testing. The results showed that the HYDROSIM-3D media combined with flashcards was categorized as highly feasible, with a material expert validity score of 0.723 and reliability of 0.963, while the media expert validity score was 0.730 with reliability of 0.967. The practicality test also showed very good results, with teacher validity of 0.852 and reliability of 0.918, as well as student validity of 0.635 with reliability of 0.884. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the HYDROSIM-3D (Three-Dimensional Hydrology Cycle Simulation Model) combined with flashcards is feasible and practical to be used in biology learning and has the potential to increase students’ interest, motivation, and engagement in learning the hydrological cycle material.",
