	bibo:abstract "Santri students are individuals who pursue education at universities and Islamic boarding schools. Santri students have dual responsibilities, namely carrying out academic activities at the university while also participating in the dense and structured activities of the pesantren. These conditions demand good time management skills so that students can maintain their academic performance. This study aims to understand how the time management of student santri in Complex R2 maintains academic achievement, what are the inhibiting and supporting factors of time management for student santri, and how the academic achievement conditions of student santri in Complex R2 are.\r\nThis research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The research subjects consisted of eight student santri from the R2 Complex of Al-Munawwir Krapyak Islamic Boarding School in Yogyakarta, selected using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, which includes data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data was tested thru source triangulation and technique triangulation. The research results show that time management for students in the R2 Complex is carried out thru four main aspects based on Therese Hoff Macan's theory, namely goal setting and prioritization, planning and scheduling activities, perceived control of time, and preference for organization. The students have clear goals and implement various time management strategies, such as creating schedules, breaking tasks into smaller parts, using reminder alarms, and conducting daily evaluations. The supporting factors for time management come from personal motivation, self-discipline, study habits, support from the boarding environment, peers, and the flexibility of the boarding system toward the academic needs of students. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors include laziness, physical fatigue, procrastination, concentration disturbances, the busyness of dormitory activities, and the dynamic academic system of the campus. The academic performance of student santri in the R2 Complex is generally categorized as good to very good, with the majority having a GPA above 3.5. The research results also show that students with better time management skills tend to have more stable academic performance. Thus, time management becomes an important skill for students in maintaining a balance between academic demands and activities at the Islamic boarding school."^^xsd:string;
