The background of this study is based on the importance of affective aspects, particularly spiritual and social attitudes, as integral components of successful Islamic Religious Education learning, which emphasizes not only cognitive achievement but also character formation. This research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. The population consisted of all eleventh-grade students of SMA Negeri 11 Yogyakarta, totalling 322 students. A sample of 179 students was selected using simple random sampling based on the Slovin formula. Data on spiritual and social attitudes were collected through questionnaires, while students? learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education were obtained from documentation of midterm (UTS) and final (UAS) examination scores. Data were analysed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS after fulfilling the prerequisite tests, including normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. The results of the simultaneous test (F-test) showed that the calculated F value was 5,572, which was higher than the F table values of 3,05, with a significance value of 0,005 {\ensuremath{<}} 0,05. These results indicate that spiritual attitudes and social attitudes simultaneously have a positive and significant relationship with students? learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education. This research contributes to strengthening the spiritual and social integration model in empirically based Islamic Religious Education learning at the high school level and shows that strengthening these two dimensions should be a strategic part of the learning process, as it improves student? learning outcomes.} }
