        <dc:description>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi nasabah BSI menggunakan produk green banking dengan menggunakan model pengembangan UTAUT2. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey, kemudian diperoleh sebanyak 200 responden melalui pengisian kuesioner secara online. Metode analisis menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan menggunakan Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hipotesis yang diterima antara lain Effort Expectancy terhadap Behavioral Intention, Social Influence terhadap Use Behavior, Facilitating Condition terhadap Use Behavior, Conditional Value terhadap Behavioral Intention, dan Emotional Value terhadap Behavioral Intention. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi BSI untuk mengembangkan strategi yang lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan penggunaan produk green banking.&#13;
