Penelitian kuantitatif ini melibatkan 146 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa confirmation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perceived usefulness dan satisfaction. Perceived usefulness dan satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap continuance intention, sementara perceived ease of use tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap continuance intention. Selanjutnya, continuance intention berpengaruh signifikan terhadap actual use. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya peningkatan manfaat layanan dan kepuasan pengguna dalam mendorong keberlanjutan penggunaan superapp BYOND by BSI serta layanan digital perbankan syariah lainnya.
