"HUBUNGAN GOODWILL LAZISMU DAN GOODWILL MUHAMMADIYAH TERHADAP INTENSI MUZAKKI DALAM MENYALURKAN ZAKAT DI LAZISMU DITINJAU DARI THEORY OF PLANNED BEHAVIOR"^^ . "This study aims to analyze the effect of LAZISMU’s goodwill\r\nand Muhammadiyah’s goodwill on the intention of muzakki (zakat\r\npayers) to distribute zakat maal (obligatory almsgiving on wealth)\r\nusing the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) approach. Goodwill is\r\nunderstood as an intangible positive value derived from institutional\r\nperformance, reputation, and public trust. This study employs a\r\nquantitative approach using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation\r\nModeling (PLS-SEM) to examine the relationships between\r\ninstitutional goodwill (LAZISMU and Muhammadiyah) and attitude,\r\nsubjective norms, perceived behavioral control, as well as the intention\r\nof muzakki. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to\r\nmuzakki who were the target respondents of this study.\r\nThe results indicate that LAZISMU’s goodwill does not have a\r\ndirect effect on the intention to pay zakat; however, it exerts a\r\nsignificant indirect effect through the mediating variables of attitude\r\nand perceived behavioral control. In contrast, Muhammadiyah’s\r\ngoodwill does not show a significant effect, either directly or\r\nindirectly, on the intention to pay zakat. Other findings confirm that\r\nattitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control have a\r\nsignificant positive effect on muzakki’s intention. This suggests that\r\npsychological factors and individual perceptions play a more decisive\r\nrole in shaping zakat intention than the organizational image of\r\nMuhammadiyah. Therefore, strategies to strengthen LAZISMU’s\r\ngoodwill should focus on fostering positive attitudes and enhancing\r\nperceived behavioral control among muzakki in order to promote more\r\nsustainable zakat intentions. These findings highlight the importance\r\nof integrity, reputation, and professionalism of zakat institutions in\r\nincreasing public compliance in paying zakat.\r\nThe findings of this study imply that zakat institutions need to\r\nfocus on building institutional image and performance through\r\nhonesty, transparency, accountability, and accessible services.\r\nOrganizational identity alone is insufficient to encourage muzakki’s\r\nintention; therefore, service quality and ease of access become key\r\nfactors in increasing participation in zakat contributions."^^ .
