This is indicated by the numerous cases of violence involving schoolchildren. The purpose of this study is to develop, implement, and assess the results of a STEAM learning e-module based on religious moderation to foster tolerance in early childhood. The research method used is research and development (R\&D) with the ADDIE model consisting of: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The subjects of this study were media experts, material experts, language experts, instrument experts, practitioners, and B6 TK Annur 3, Depok District, Yogyakarta, and B1 TK Al-Fadlilah Sambilegi, Yogyakarta. Data collection used observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Qualitative data analysis used Miles, Huberman, and Saldana through data triangulation. Quantitative data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, paired sample t-tests, and N-Gain. The results of the study indicate that: (1) the development process for the STEAM learning e-module based on religious moderation was designed by collaborating the STEAM concept and the principles of religious moderation to form an e-module. (2) the implementation of the STEAM learning e-module based on religious moderation was carried out by applying all themes in the e-module. (3) The N-Gain results of small-scale product trials averaged 56.3\% in the moderate category, while on a large scale the average was 61.7\% in the moderate category. After the revision and evaluation of the e-module during implementation, the average N-gain was 75.4\%, classified as high. The t-test results showed a Sig. score of 0.00 {\ensuremath{<}} 0.05, thus accepting Ha and rejecting H0. The implication of this study is that implementing the e-module can serve as a reference for teachers to implement learning using electronic teaching materials and improve digital literacy.} }
