This study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The participants of this study were 55 fifth-grade students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, tests, and documentation. The data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive techniques with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results showed that the developed IPAS E-Handout based on an Interactive Flipbook met the feasibility criteria, with a material expert validation score of 61.25% categorized as feasible and a media expert validation score of 92.5% categorized as highly feasible. Teacher responses to the teaching material reached 90% and 81%, while student responses reached 84.86%, indicating a very positive reception of the product. The effectiveness test results revealed an improvement in students’ analytical skills after using the E-Handout based on the Interactive Flipbook. The mean pretest score increased from 60.44 to 74.93 in the posttest. Furthermore, the Paired Sample t-Test showed a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores. In addition, the N-Gain score of 0.36 was categorized as moderate.
