Karwadi, S.Ag., M.Ag. abstract: The phenomenon of moral degradation and spiritual crisis among youth has become a serious challenge in the era of globalization. This condition requires a da'wah approach that is inclusive and capable of addressing the emotional needs of young people. Majlis Sholawat Topi Miring emerges as an innovative form of cultural da'wah that reaches marginalized youth through an inclusive and transformative approach. Under transformative leadership, this assembly functions not only as a spiritual gathering but also as a medium for moral development and social transformation. This study aims to: (1) analyze the characteristics of transformative leadership in fostering youth morality at Majlis Sholawat Topi Miring; (2) examine the strategies and approaches employed by the leader in inspiring moral transformation among members; and (3) analyze the impact of transformative leadership on youth moral development. This research is a field study employing a qualitative analytical approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data trustworthiness was ensured through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, which consists of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that: (1) leadership at Majlis Sholawat Topi Miring reflects the dimensions of transformative leadership, namely idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration, manifested through exemplary leadership, inclusive da'wah, reflective approaches, and personal mentoring; (2) leadership strategies are implemented through the symbolism of “Topi Miring” as an inclusive da'wah medium and the use of sholawat as an approach that is easily accepted by youth; and (3) the impact of transformative leadership is evident in the transformation of negative behaviors into better moral conduct and the increased religious awareness of young people toward Allah SWT.
