      "abstract": "This study\r\naims to analyze the role of librarians in providing and managing inclusive\r\ninformation access services for students with disabilities, as well as\r\nidentifying obstacles and efforts made to improve the quality of these\r\nservices. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods.\r\nData collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews,\r\nobservation, and documentation. Informants in this study consisted of\r\nlibrarians, students with disabilities, and related parties within the UIN\r\nSunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta Library. Data analysis was carried out through\r\nthe process of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.\r\nThe results of the study indicate that the role of librarians in managing\r\ninformation access services for students with disabilities is as a provider of\r\ninformation services for students with disabilities, mediator (intermediary) of\r\ninformation services for students with disabilities, utilization of accessible\r\ntechnology for students with disabilities, and creating inclusive services. The\r\nobstacles faced by librarians in providing inclusive information services for\r\nstudents with disabilities are not all librarians master sign language and\r\nspecial collections for students with disabilities are still limited. Furthermore,\r\nefforts made by the library include improving technology-based services,\r\nstrengthening cooperation with the Disability Service Center (PLD),\r\ninvolving volunteers, and developing facilities and programs to support\r\naccessibility. Based on the analysis using the IFLA Checklist Theory and\r\nTalcott Parsons' AGIL Theory, the library has demonstrated a commitment to\r\ninclusive services, but still requires strengthening in the aspects of HR\r\ncompetency, program sustainability, and service integration.",
