      "abstract": "This research is motivated by the gap between the strengthening of scholarly traditions based on classical texts and the demands of modern scientific literacy development, which have not yet been fully and systematically managed in educational practice. In the context of modern education, the ability to write scientific papers has become an essential skill that needs to be developed in students. Therefore, several Islamic educational institutions have begun integrating the tradition of studying classical Islamic texts with scientific writing activities as an effort to build a more productive intellectual tradition. Madrasah Aliyah Sumber Payung Sumenep is one of the educational institutions that has developed a youthoriented scientific writing program based on classical Islamic texts. This study aims to examine the management of the classical text-based scientific writing program, its implementation strategies, and the key factors contributing to its success. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach. The research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Sumber Payung in Sumenep. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and documentation, involving the school principal, teachers supervising youth research projects, and students as research informants. The data obtained were analyzed through the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity was tested using source triangulation and other techniques to ensure the validity of the research findings. The research findings indicate that: first, the management of the scientific writing program for adolescents based on classical Islamic texts at Madrasah Aliyah Sumber Payung is carried out through the application of educational management functions, which include systematic planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and evaluating the program. Second, the program implementation strategy involves a combination of interactive group discussions and individual guidance sessions. Interactive group sessions are used for delivering foundational material, while individual work guidance sessions are used for the process of oneon- one mentoring between students and their instructors. Third, the key to the success of this program is influenced by the visionary leadership of the madrasah principal, the adequate competence of the supervising teachers, an intensive academic guidance system through individual work sessions, the Kitab Kuning as the primary reference source for research, and the presence of academic evaluation through the munaqasyah mechanism for scientific works.",
