Using a quantitative method with an associative causal approach, data were collected through an online questionnaire from 202 active Discord users in Indonesia selected using purposive sampling. The results of descriptive statistical analysis indicate positive assessments (Good category) toward the perceived quality of Discord, although notable weaknesses were found regarding personal data security and high device resource consumption. Through multiple linear regression analysis, it was proven that partially Usability, Security, and Performance Efficiency have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, while Reliability showed no significant effect as it has been regarded by users as a baseline standard that is already fulfilled. Simultaneously, all four variables have a positive and significant effect and are able to explain 59.4% of the variation in user satisfaction, with Usability identified as the most dominant factor with a Beta value of 0.442. This study concludes that ease of use (usability) and interface quality are the primary priorities that most determine user satisfaction in a digital collaboration ecosystem.</mods:abstract><mods:classification authority="lcc">005.12 Software System Analysis and Design/Sistem Analisa dan Desain Perangkat Lunak</mods:classification><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8061">2026-05-11</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:originInfo><mods:publisher>UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA;FAKULTAS SAINS DAN TEKNOLOGI</mods:publisher></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Thesis</mods:genre></mods:mods>
