complex job shop scheduling challenges due to the high variation in orders,
processing durations, and due dates. CV Futake Indonesia, as a
manufacturing retailer of metal-derived products and street furniture,
manages orders through vendor partnerships using a scheduling mechanism
that still relies on the FCFS rule based on PO release dates. This approach
has not been able to accommodate the dynamic nature of order arrivals with
varying priority levels and due dates, resulting in 190 of 228 orders or 83%
experiencing completion delays in 2025. This research aims to design a webbased
Real-Time Dynamic Scheduling Application as a decision support
system that assists Job Estimators in determining proportional order due
dates. The application is built using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within a
single-page application architecture running on localhost, integrating four
user roles: Job Estimator (Futake), Job Estimator (Vendor), Production
Supervisor, and Sales. The adopted approach combines a two slot parallel
vendor processing model, scenario enumeration, and a queue priority
constraint as a hard constraint, with the objective function of minimizing
ΔTW. Simulation results across four job datasets show that the system is able
to generate new job insertion recommendations along with completion time
and due date estimates that align with actual vendor conditions, while
functionality testing verified that all six main menus operate according to
specifications. This application is expected to become an adaptive,
collaborative, and integrated scheduling decision-making instrument
between Futake and its vendors.</mods:abstract><mods:classification authority="lcc">005.36 Software Development / Pengembangan Perangkat Lunak</mods:classification><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8061">2026-05-29</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:originInfo><mods:publisher>UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA;FAKULTAS SAINS DAN TEKNOLOGI</mods:publisher></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Thesis</mods:genre></mods:mods>
