"The metal casting industry that adopts a make-to-order strategy faces\r\ncomplex job shop scheduling challenges due to the high variation in orders,\r\nprocessing durations, and due dates. CV Futake Indonesia, as a\r\nmanufacturing retailer of metal-derived products and street furniture,\r\nmanages orders through vendor partnerships using a scheduling mechanism\r\nthat still relies on the FCFS rule based on PO release dates. This approach\r\nhas not been able to accommodate the dynamic nature of order arrivals with\r\nvarying priority levels and due dates, resulting in 190 of 228 orders or 83%\r\nexperiencing completion delays in 2025. This research aims to design a webbased\r\nReal-Time Dynamic Scheduling Application as a decision support\r\nsystem that assists Job Estimators in determining proportional order due\r\ndates. The application is built using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within a\r\nsingle-page application architecture running on localhost, integrating four\r\nuser roles: Job Estimator (Futake), Job Estimator (Vendor), Production\r\nSupervisor, and Sales. The adopted approach combines a two slot parallel\r\nvendor processing model, scenario enumeration, and a queue priority\r\nconstraint as a hard constraint, with the objective function of minimizing\r\nΔTW. Simulation results across four job datasets show that the system is able\r\nto generate new job insertion recommendations along with completion time\r\nand due date estimates that align with actual vendor conditions, while\r\nfunctionality testing verified that all six main menus operate according to\r\nspecifications.
