This study aims to develop AR and PBL-oriented LKPD on the human excretory system material, determine the quality of AR and PBL-oriented LKPD on the human excretory system material, and determine students' responses to the developed teaching materials. This type of research is R&D research using the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) but is limited only to the Develop stage. LKPD is assessed using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire sheet addressed to 1 material expert, 1 media expert, 5 peer reviewers, 1 biology teacher, and 15 students. The results of the study are AR and PBL-oriented LKPD products on the human excretory system material, the quality of the developed LKPD is included in the Very Good (SB) category with a percentage of 94.18%, students' responses to the LKPD are accepted as Very Good (SB) with a percentage of 90.33%. Thus, it can be concluded that the biology LKPD developed has Very Good quality so that it can be used by teachers and students in the learning process.
