SP Alumunium is a manufacturing company in Yogyakarta engaged in aluminum casting, one of its products is frying pans. In its production process, there are incidents of work accidents that cause minor to fatal injuries, so that a work safety analysis is needed in the frying pan production process. This study aims to identify potential hazards, determine risk values using the HIRARC method (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control), and provide recommendations for risk control at CV. SP Alumunium. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The risk assessment process is based on likelihood and severity parameters through the distribution of questionnaires to five selected respondents who filled out the severity and likelihood scales of each risk variable, followed by determining risk control based on the control hierarchy. The results of the hazard identification found 28 potential hazards spread across the processes of raw material storage, melting, molding, filing, turning, polishing, washing, drying, and painting. Based on the risk assessment using the likelihood and severity matrix, 2 potential hazards were categorized as extreme, 13 potential hazards were categorized as high, 10 potential hazards were categorized as medium, and 3 potential hazards were categorized as low.
