Learning motivation as an internal factor and father involvement as an external factor are considered to have a significant role in supporting student academic success. This study aims to determine the relationship between learning motivation and father involvement with academic achievement in adolescents. The approach used is quantitative with multiple regression analysis techniques with the help of Jamovi 2.6.44 software. The population in this study were adolescents aged 17-18 years with 315 respondents with a cluster random sampling technique. Data collection used a Likert scale of three variables, namely the academic achievement scale with 30 items with a reliability (ω) of 0.884, the learning motivation scale with 35 items with a reliability (ω) of 0.917, and the father involvement scale with 33 items with a reliability (ω) of 0.926. The results showed a coefficient (R2) of 0.898, which indicates that learning motivation and father involvement contribute 89.8% to academic achievement, while the remaining 10.2% is influenced by other factors. Learning motivation contributed 62.4% to academic achievement, and father involvement contributed 27.4%. Thus, it can be concluded that learning motivation and father involvement play a significant role in improving academic achievement in adolescents. This study provides a new academic response, suggesting that Indonesia's status as a fatherless country needs to be reconsidered. The study found that fathers' financial contributions and family harmony are sufficient to maintain adolescent achievement.
