This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and focus group discussions (FGD) involving the high school unit head, facilitators, students, and parents. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, utilizing Mark L. Savickas's Career Construction Theory framework which emphasizes four dimensions of career adaptability: concern, control, curiosity, and confidence. The findings reveal that students' career adaptability at SALAM is cultivated through a dialogical, research-based learning ecosystem that grants students full autonomy in determining their learning directions. The four dimensions of career adaptability are strongly internalized: concern is reflected in students' awareness of reflectively planning their future; control is evident in students' ability to make independent and responsible decisions; curiosity develops through active exploration of various career alternatives; and confidence is built through authentic experiences in completing projects and facing failures as learning processes. Students' career preferences are formed through processes of self-awareness, understanding of the work environment, and career maturity that develop gradually. Career adaptability plays a significant role in shaping students' career preferences, with all four dimensions working synergistically to produce career choices that are more mature, realistic, and grounded in reflective awareness. This study concludes that non-formal education based on autonomy and exploration can facilitate the organic and reflective formation of career adaptability, which positively impacts the development of students' career preferences that are conscious, independent, and contextual.</mods:abstract><mods:classification authority="lcc">370.15 Psikologi Pendidikan</mods:classification><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8061">2026-05-05</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:originInfo><mods:publisher>UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA;PASCASARJANA</mods:publisher></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Thesis</mods:genre></mets:xmlData></mets:mdWrap></mets:dmdSec><mets:amdSec ID="TMD_eprint_77085"><mets:rightsMD ID="rights_eprint_77085_mods"><mets:mdWrap MDTYPE="MODS"><mets:xmlData><mods:useAndReproduction>
