CSR programs are not only expected to be successful during their implementation period, but also to foster the independence of beneficiary groups after the program has ended. The Women Farmers Group (Kelompok Wanita Tani/KWT) Arimbi is one of the women’s groups that previously benefited from the CSR program of Pertamina DPPU Adisucipto and continues to carry out various empowerment activities independently. Therefore, this study focuses on the sustainability of women’s empowerment after the CSR program as well as the empowerment process in shaping women’s agency that supports such sustainability. The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out in four stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This study aims to describe and analyze the sustainability of women's empowerment in the Arimbi Women's Group (KWT) following the Pertamina DPPU Adisucipto CSR program, as well as the empowerment process in forming women's agencies that support this sustainability. The findings show that the sustainability of women’s empowerment in KWT Arimbi is reflected in the continuity of group activities, the sustainability of productive economic enterprises, and the sustained social roles of women within the community. KWT Arimbi has been able to maintain cultivation activities, product processing, and group-based businesses such as angkringan and catering as sources of independent funding. The empowerment process carried out during the CSR program also fostered women’s agency, as demonstrated by members’ involvement in decision-making, organizational management, and their ability to build collaborative networks with various stakeholders. These findings indicate that participatory empowerment processes contribute to strengthening women’s capacities and support the institutional sustainability of KWT Arimbi after the CSR program. %K pemberdayaan perempuan; agensi perempuan; CSR Pertamina DPPU Adisucipto; KWT Arimbi %D 2026 %I UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA %L digilib77087
