      "abstract": "Coping Stress\r\nis an individual's ability to manage the pressures faced in\r\ndaily life, especially for Muslim career women who fulfill two roles as workers and\r\nhousehold managers. The demands of complex roles can cause psychological\r\npressure, thus requiring supporting factors that can help individuals in facing\r\nstress, such as social support. This study aims to analyze the differences in stress\r\ncoping based on the level of social support among Muslim career women in Banda\r\nAceh City. This research uses a quant itative approach with a comparative design.\r\nThe research sample consisted of 131 respondents selected through purposive\r\nsampling technique. Data were collected using a stress coping scale and a social\r\nsupport scale, then analyzed using the Independent Samp le t test after undergoing\r\nnormality test and homogeneity test.
