The demands of complex roles can cause psychological pressure, thus requiring supporting factors that can help individuals in facing stress, such as social support. This study aims to analyze the differences in stress coping based on the level of social support among Muslim career women in Banda Aceh City. This research uses a quant itative approach with a comparative design. The research sample consisted of 131 respondents selected through purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a stress coping scale and a social support scale, then analyzed using the Independent Samp le t test after undergoing normality test and homogeneity test.
