At the same time, counselors at the institution require a structured and effective guide to support emotional regulation interventions. Therefore, this study aimed to develop a Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) module as a supporting medium for counselors in conducting emotional regulation training for residents. This study employed a Research and Development (R&amp;D) method using Sugiyono’s Level 1 model, focusing on product design and expert validation stages. The research procedures included identifying potentials and problems, collecting information through observations and interviews, designing the module, and conducting validation by material experts, practitioners, media experts, and language experts. The module was developed based on Ellis’s REBT theory and Gross’s Process Model of Emotion Regulation. It consists of six sessions: rapport building, A-B-C analysis, disputation, effective philosophy, imagery or role-play, and evaluation. The results showed that the developed module was rated as highly qualified by the validators, with scores of 93.18% from the material expert, 92.30% from the media expert, 100% from the language expert, and 100% from the practitioner. After revisions to the material, media, language, and practical aspects, the overall average validation score reached 96.37%.
