      "abstract": "The reticulated python (Malayopython reticulatus) is a\r\nreptile from the squamata order that has unique\r\ncharacteristics. This study aims to determine the anatomical\r\nand histological characteristics of the male reproductive\r\norgans of the reticulated python and integrate them into\r\nbiology learning media through its development as a learning\r\nresource in the form of an atlas. This research is a study of the\r\nanatomy and histology of the male reproductive organs in the\r\nreticulated python, and uses the Research and Development\r\n(R&D) method and the ADDIE model which is limited only to\r\nthe development stage in the development of the atlas. The\r\nsample of this study used a male reticulated python aged\r\napproximately 2 years with a length of 2.5 meters. The results\r\nof the study show that the anatomical structure of the male\r\nreproductive organs, including the testes, ductus deferens and\r\nhemipenis, has a visceral asymmetry pattern (not parallel).\r\nThis study also produced a cross-sectional preparation of the\r\nmale reproductive organs in snakes, so that the constituent\r\ntissues can be explained. The results of this scientific research\r\nwere then developed into an anatomical and histological atlas\r\nas a learning resource for grade XI high school students. The\r\natlas was developed using the Canva application through\r\nseveral stages of preparation. The atlas was evaluated by one\r\nmedia expert, one content expert, five peer reviewers, one high school biology teacher, and 15 eleventh-grade high school\r\nstudents. The assessment results for the anatomy and histology\r\natlas of the male organs of the reticulated python\r\n(Malayopython reticulatus) indicated excellent qualifications,\r\nwith assessment scores of 98% (Very Appropriate) from the\r\ncontent expert, 80% (Very Appropriate), 97% (Very\r\nAppropriate) from the peer reviewer, 100% (Very Appropriate)\r\nfrom the biology teacher, and 95% (Very Appropriate) from the\r\nstudents. Therefore, this atlas is highly suitable for use as a\r\nbiology learning resource for high school students.",
