      "abstract": "This study discusses the strategies carried out by local actors in the\r\ndevelopment of the Wukirsari Cultural Tourism Village using the Actor-Network\r\nTheory (ANT) approach. This research is motivated by the development of culturebased\r\ntourism villages that not only play a role in cultural preservation, but also\r\ncontribute to improving the welfare of local communities, tourism managers,\r\nMSME actors, and cultural artists.\r\nThis research employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach.\r\nData were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation to\r\nunderstand the roles and relationships among actors in the development process of\r\nthe Cultural Tourism Village. Data analysis was conducted using the concept of\r\nActor-Network Theory, which emphasizes the interconnectedness between human\r\nand non-human actors in forming the tourism village development system.\r\nThe results of this study indicate that local actors become the main driving\r\nforce in the development process, and that local actor strategies based on culture\r\ncan serve as social and economic capital for the community. The strategies\r\nimplemented include institutional strengthening, the development of educational\r\ntourism, preservation of local traditions, digital promotion, and the development of\r\nculture-based MSMEs. From the perspective of ANT, the development process takes\r\nplace through the stages of problematization, interessement, enrolment, and\r\nmobilization. The impacts arising from the implementation of local actor strategies\r\ncan also be seen in three aspects, namely social impacts, cultural impacts, and\r\neconomic impacts.",
