The absence of a father figure can impact the formation of an individual's identity and emotions. However, some individuals are able to recover and adapt through a resilience process, as demonstrated by three alumni of the Yogyakarta Dream House LKSA. This study aims to determine the resilience process of each individual experiencing fatherlessness among the alumni of the Yogyakarta Dream House LKSA and the factors that influence the formation of this resilience. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of three alumni of the Yogyakarta Dream House LKSA who experienced fatherlessness, as well as caregivers and the head of the institution as supporting informants. The results of this study indicate that the resilience process in the three subjects was formed through environmental support, individual strengths, and the ability to face and solve problems. In the I Have aspect, the subjects received social support from caregivers, peers, and the LKSA environment. In the I Am aspect, the subjects showed self-confidence, responsibility, and motivation to develop for the better. Meanwhile, in the I Can aspect, the subjects demonstrated the ability to regulate emotions and build adaptive social relationships.
