This study aims to examine social advocacy for the fulfillment of AMPK rights at LKSA Rumah Impian Yogyakarta and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The informants consisted of a social worker, the head of the institution, staff members, and AMPK beneficiaries. The data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that social advocacy at LKSA Rumah Impian Yogyakarta is carried out in an integrated manner by the social worker, the head of the institution, and staff as a unified institutional actor. The fulfillment of AMPK rights is analyzed based on the Convention on the Rights of the Child, covering survival rights, protection rights, development rights, and participation rights. These four rights are interconnected in practice, including assistance in obtaining child identity documents, access to education and health services, protection through Hope Shelter, psychosocial support, and the involvement of children and families in the advocacy process. The social advocacy process consists of case response and assessment, problem identification and planning, implementation and referral, termination, and aftercare. The forms of advocacy include case advocacy at the micro level and class advocacy at the mezzo and macro levels. Supporting factors include internal coordination, case documentation, collaborative networks, and institutional commitment to the best interests of the child.
