The urgency of this research stems from the low level of political participation among the younger generation, which is influenced by a lack of political literacy, the emergence of apathy toward politics, and the persistent negative stigma surrounding political parties in society. The research methodology employed is qualitative research using a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 20 informants (party officials, foundation officials, religious leaders, and Muslim youth), participant observation, and a documentary study of various social, educational, and religious activities conducted within the foundation’s environment. Data analysis was conducted using Harold D. Laswell’s model, Goffman’s Dramaturgical Theory, and Stuart Hall’s Theory of Perception and Reception. The research findings reveal that the NasDem Party’s political communication in fostering political participation among Muslim youth occurs through interpersonal approaches, community social activities, political education, youth development programs, and sustained religious activities. A humanistic, open, and participatory approach to communication has successfully fostered an emotional connection between political communicators and adolescents, thereby reducing apathy toward politics. This practice of political communication also creates a healthy space for dialogue, enabling adolescents to understand politics not merely as a struggle for power, but as a means of social service, community engagement, and the development of an ethical democracy. The political communication conducted by the NasDem Party at the Saan Mustopa Center Foundation fosters political awareness among adolescents through an intensive and educational process of social interaction. Islamic values such as honesty, trustworthiness, social concern, and responsibility play a crucial role in conveying political messages, ensuring that the resulting political participation is not merely pragmatic but rather reflective and oriented toward the public interest. Overall, this study demonstrates that political communication that is dialogic, persuasive, and grounded in religious values is capable of fostering more active, critical, and sustainable political participation among Muslim youth in democratic and social life. %Z Dr. Mohammad Zamroni, S.Sos.I.,M.Si.
