However, optimizing philanthropic fund management in educational institutions still faces various obstacles, particularly limited managerial capacity and the underutilization of available potential. This study aims to analyze Islamic philanthropy in the management of spiritual-based educational financing at the Baitussholihin Mekarsari Foundation in Central Sulawesi. This qualitative research used a case study design. The research subjects were the foundation head, the foundation treasurer, two donors, and one waqf land manager. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model, which consists of four stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was tested using primary data triangulation, involving informants from the foundation head, the foundation treasurer, donors, and waqf land managers. The results of the study indicate that: First, the concept of Islamic philanthropy at the Baitussholihin Mekarsari Foundation is realized through ZISWAF and Productive Waqf which integrate the values of worship, social solidarity, and trust-based governance as the basis for education financing. Second, the potential for ZIS funds in Mekarsari Village reaches 549 million per year, but its realization has not reached 50% due to low community zakat literacy, limited managerial capacity, and less than optimal public trust. Third, the strategy for strengthening Islamic philanthropy is carried out through the development of productive funds, collaboration with external parties, community empowerment, and increasing human resource capacity to realize an adaptive, independent, and sustainable education financing system. Fourth, Islamic philanthropy has a multidimensional impact on the accessibility and quality of education, improving the welfare of educators, strengthening infrastructure, and instilling values of generosity in the formation of student character.
